Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Hammies gear, so if the fit isn't right, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to download and print your prepaid shipping label, or choose a QR code option for a printer-free drop-off.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place your items in the original mailer or a secure package, attach the label, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method or ship your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
